Management board
The Management board has responsibility for setting our long-term strategies, for approving our key investment decisions and ensuring that The National Archives' business planning and risk management is robust and sound. The board is chaired by our Chief Executive, Natalie Ceeney, and consists of six Directors and five non-executive Directors.
The non-executive Directors are experienced directors appointed from both government and the private sector.
Regular assessments are made of The National Archives' position in a fast-moving government and business environment and the corporate strategy is revised and developed accordingly.
Management board meets monthly with 2 sub-committees (Audit and Remuneration) reporting to it.
